No Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing. Contact support for issues.

Custom Order Products

  • All our products are custom-made and manufactured on order. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.

Damaged Goods

  • If the Goods arrive in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing. This notification should include photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller's obligations.

Product Variations and Discolorations

  • Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they may be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some variations in color can also occur due to computer screen and printer calibration differences. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not considered defects and accepts the potential for such occurrences.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • The Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery if there is any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, or damage. The Buyer shall provide us an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
